Refund and Returns Policy

Policy for the period of return or replacement and delivery of products :

The goal of the exchange and return policy is to provide a clear view of the possibility of a return or exchange to the customer before purchasing.
This will preserve the rights of customers and the store.

The policy is explained in the following points :

  • You can exchange or return a product if it has not been opened and sealed in its original packaging.
  • In the event that the product is opened, the store does not accept its return or exchange.
  • Any product must be returned within 3 days, and any product exchange must be within 7 days from the date of receiving the package.
  • Receipt of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgment by the customer that the order is valid and in good condition.
  • If the customer finds otherwise, the store must be notified on the same day.
  • In the event of an exchange or return, the customer shall bear any shipping costs, if necessary.

Exchange or Return of Goods :

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing :
